We had such a great experience working with Myrna and can’t recommend her enough. We were moving from across the country, which felt overwhelming at first, but she made everything so much easier. Her virtual tours were detailed and thorough, and we always felt like we were getting an honest, complete picture even from far away. She went above and beyond throughout the process. From recommending inspectors and lenders to answering every question, she was always there for us. She’s organized, responsive, and on top of everything, which made submitting an offer and closing feel smooth and easy.

Myrna helped us choose a great home. She was always honest with us about the condition of the houses we were looking at, and her knowledge was invaluable throughout the whole process. It never felt like she was just trying to sell us the house, which is something we were worried about before we started house hunting. Myrna was always up-front about when she would not be available, and helped set us up with one of her colleagues to look at houses with us when she was out of town. Even though it took 7 months for us to find a house, Myrna never made us feel rushed, and she encouraged us to take our time to find a house that we loved.

Our experience working with Myrna was excellent. We moved 3 hours from Beavercreek to Wooster,Ohio. Myrna & her husband John took care of some issues for us at our Beavercreek home. Instead of us having to make a 6 hours round trip to take care of minor issues. I would highly recommend her. She is also a friend & a former neighbor. We really appreciate all she did & went above and beyond to help us.
