My husband and I had a wonderful experience selling and buying our home with Myrna. Initially, we met with Myrna to discuss our future plans for retirement, which we weren't planning to do for another year and a half. Myrna provided data and information for staying in our current home, downsizing (condos and houses), and building. She took us to look at all of our options, and we were able to make a well-informed decision on what our housing would look like in retirement. However, our plan was pushed up by a year, and we needed to get our house on the market immediately. In 6 weeks, we were able to put our house on the market, implementing all of Myrna's suggestions. We had a contract in two weeks. Myrna helped us navigate a physically and emotionally challenging life event. All while she was handling a full workload and her daughter's wedding. Myrna handled difficult people and situations with utmost professionalism. We have not hesitated to refer her to friends who buying and selling a house.
