She had the patience to show us homes at a moment’s notice and guided us through the morass of today’s home purchase. She is familiar with the various neighborhoods in the Miami Valley which helped us a lot. pointed out the pluses and minuses of the homes we visited. She helped us negotiate the sale and suggested an offer with positive result. I highly recommend Myrna just because of her knowledge top notch

Myrna was the listing agent on a home I was recently in contract on. The inspection came back with a myriad of issues including non functioning mechanics the seller was aware of. We were going to accept most of the issues and deal with them ourselves (including asbestos) and asked only for 3 fairly minor fixes. As I am aware, she advised the sellers against the repairs so in turn, per our contingency, we canceled the contract. As I am aware, she is now telling the sellers not to refund our earnest money. In my opinion, be very careful dealing with this unscrupulous agent no matter what side of the deal you’re on.

Myrna was great to work with! She’s got a ton of energy, works hard and is very attentive to detail. She listed and quickly sold our condo last spring during the height of the coronavirus, when we thought it might take awhile, so we were very happy! She advised us on pricing and preparing our home for sale and then through every detail of negotiations and closing. We always felt confident she was on top of everything that needed to be done.
